Who is Mr. Salinas?

Mr. Salinas is a Christian family man who believes that every child deserves to be given the opportunity to grow in all aspects of life. On May 12, 2023 he graduated from the University Of Texas - Rio Grande Valley earning his degree in Music Education. Since graduating Mr. Salinas has decided to continue pursing his dream of making a difference in the lives of each and every one of his students. This is because he believes that ALL Children are a gift from The Lord and wants nothing more than for everyone to feel at peace and safe in his classroom. He also wants everyone to know that their creativity will always be welcome. 

Class Overview

In this class students will learn the fundamentals of music theory. Students will also explore various instruments, voice parts, genres of music, and techniques that are both interesting and relevant to their generation. In addition to this, students will also discover how they can apply the concepts of music to their everyday life both inside and outside of the classroom.
